Biography
Late Prof.Dr.R.Sethuratnam Fondly known as Shakespeare in Surgery,Professor of General Surgery,Madras Medical College,Thanjavur Medical College,Tamil Nadu Government Service.A brilliant surgeon and inspiring individual who mentored 30 batches of surgeons in Tamil Nadu from 1955 to 1990.The people who know him remember him for his dynamic persona,resounding voice,command of knowledge,expertise in surgery,proficiency in literature, ability to influence the minds of people around him and inspire them and his taste of art and literature.
